A phone system without the box in the cupboard

Everything that used to live in a PBX on the wall now runs as a service. You get the numbers, the extensions and the app; we look after the rest.

Hosted extensions

Each person gets their own extension. Calls ring on the app, on a desk handset, or both — wherever they are that day.

UK numbers & routing

Geographic UK numbers for the business, plus the routing that makes them useful: ring groups, opening hours and voicemail.

Secure sign-in

Each person gets their own SIP user, a separate auth user and a strong password, shown once in the portal.

No engineering visit and no new cabling. If you already have broadband and a mobile, you have what you need.

Pick numbers and extensions

We agree the UK numbers you need and who gets which extension.

Sign in to the app

Install Groundwire and enter the sign-in details shown once in your portal.

Make and take calls

Test calls both ways, set your voicemail greeting, and go live.

Pricing

Business phone plans from £3.99 a month

Business Lite is £3.99 a month with a UK business number and voicemail, and pay as you go calls. Business, with call queues, an IVR menu and 100 free UK minutes a month, is £8.99. Extra lines are £2.99 each. Pay yearly and get one month free. Plans are for businesses only.
